  • This began with a hotel buyout, and not just any hotel: the luxurious Fairmont Mayakoba, situated in the heart of the Mayan Riviera
  • By buying‐out this 401 suite resort, we enabled the delivery of a program that was exclusive and intimate for such a large group
  • By using strategic planning, we determined that the location allowed for a perfect mix of business and pleasure, in a destination featuring unspoiled, pristine beaches
  • Specialty excursions were developed for the adventure seekers, ATV jungletours, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling through the world’s second largest reef — as well as the opportunity to explore the world of the ancient Maya
  • We managed and worked closely with all suppliers, from destination management to décor, staging, production and the hotel

  • The created experience went far beyond the winners’ high expectations and employee engagement levels were high
